I was honestly shocked one day when I happened to read the text messages of my bf talking with his friend. I never thought he could joke around like that because I thought "I know him" because of what he "shows me".
I trust him so much and I know he'll never hurt me. So, those "boy talks" I read really made my nerves shake like hell. He just came back from Vietnam after a week of business trip there. The conversation went like this:
friend: kamusta chicas mo?
bf: wala. yung kasama ko kasi binanggit gf ko. sabi, "your wife is waiting". parang ewan yun kasama ko e.
friend: sayang naman yung chicas
bf: eh patalo yung kasama ko e.
... What would be your reaction? Well, me? I was freezing and shaking.
I asked him about the messages and he said that it was just a joke, "boy talks". And that those jokes were not meant for me to read. I got mad ofcourse and I doubted him because of that. I never thought he can ever do that, to make me a joke, make our relationship a joke.
Well I guess, boys will always be boys. Maybe I was just disappointed because I was blinded by the trust I have for him. That's because I thought I really know him.
He said sorry and that those messages are not true. I also said sorry for reacting like that but I couldn't control it. I just made him promise me not to do that again because I am not really happy to know that he would throw a joke that he wanted to deny me.
So, what do you think? I thought my boyfriend is an exception. But I guess they just all do those boy talks.
