Ok, so I will not mention her shop nor say who she is kasi sinabi ko na I will not post something about her. But ofcourse this is my blog and I have to vent out what I felt. Di ko na lang sasabihin kung sino sya.
She bought items from me and then she resells then in her site. Syempre, I design the items and I make them, supposedly pag i-reresell mo ang items w/ the original name pa rin. Intellectual Property ko yun syempre I have the right to tell her na pls keep the names of the items as what I named them.
I gave her an example of a seller that kept the names of my items and acknowledged me by putting my name as a designer. Kahit hindi na i-link sa shop ko since she's reselling nga.
Hindi ako nagtaray, I never meant any harm pero to my surprise biglang siyang sumabog. Na-offend daw siya kasi, I don't have to give her example like a child daw. Errr? Ok, so I said sorry if giving an example offended her. Pero, example? What? Ma-ooffend ka just because of that? And just because I told her what to do? I actually didn't demand but I asked nicely that I will appreciate if the items' names remain the same.
I was trying to explain kasi, never akong nakipag-away in this business. Hindi ko ugaling makipag-tarayan dahil lang mga usapang bentahan.
My guard and weapons are down, trying to explain to her that I don't mean anything bad by saying that but geez, her mind is I don't know - blurry or is just closed that she doesn't want to understand what I am saying when I accept how she explained that she renames the items she resells. Ako pa nga dapat ma-offend kasi may karapatan akong magalit dahil if you rename the items, it's like inaako mo na sayo ang items. Though you, bought them, they are still my designs and creations. I just hope she tried to be calm and open minded about the things I say kasi I was listening to her naman, para walang away.
Suddenly she asked if I accept cancellation of orders and refunds. I said no, kasi made to order ang items ko and gawa na, I just have to deliver the next day.
She said, as a buyer daw, she doesn't want to buy them anymore. --- Ang bastos no? Pagkatapos paghirapan gawin yung items mo, ayaw mo na just because of the example the renaming thingy?
And as a seller daw dapat tinupad ko nung sinabi kong Tuesday ang shipping. Pero naman, i texted her and she said ok. And the strongest point ko, I have in my website a policy that, the date of shipment will be adjusted because I also work full time in the office. As a seller, dapat maintindihan nya yun.
Dun na ako naasar ng todo sa kanya sa pag-cancel ng orders nya. But I have to remain civilized and not be like her. I didn't have the guts to confront her pa daw eh I just did. Someone just reminded me, kasi nakalimutan ko na rin ang site nya.
I don't want to stay badtrip for long while talking to her kaya I said,
"I will send your items tomorow and I'll send you back your gcash." And I did.
Me, giving her example was uneccessary daw? Ah, she's too shallow to understand. I can't help to say this but, sobrang sama ng ugali nya.
And to show her that sellers should respect sellers/buyers, I still bought a bag from her. And I hope she will enjoy the gcash and items I sent her for free. Kapal naman ng muka nya if she will resell them pa.
Stupid Bitch. Haha, ok so, I no longer respect her. :)
